You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access premium content, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must notify us immediately at info@thepeptidesignal.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer the following subscription plans:
Free Tier: Access to select complete profiles, Use Case 1 of all compound profiles, mechanism of action overviews, safety profile overviews, and evidence summary tables. No account required for free content.
Monthly Subscription: $8 per month. Access to all premium content.
Annual Subscription: $69 per year ($5.75 per month equivalent). Access to all premium content.
Prices are in United States dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed on the same date each year. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page at thepeptidesignal.com/account or by contacting us at info@thepeptidesignal.com.
Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period with no refund.
All content on the Site is the property of The Peptide Signal and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Permitted use: You may access and read content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use. You may share brief excerpts (under 100 words) with attribution and a link to the original content.
Prohibited use: You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. You may not use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or copy content. You may not share login credentials or circumvent access controls.
The dosage reference calculator presents information derived from published research literature. It performs mathematical reconstitution calculations based on user-provided inputs and published research dose ranges. The calculator does not generate prescriptions, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance. Calculated values are reference outputs only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PEPTIDE SIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Peptide Signal from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
The Site uses third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Sanity (content management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes affecting subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that remaining Terms remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Peptide Signal.
